Basketball Skills Workouts with Speed & Agility 
Sign your basketball player up for weekly workouts with Bobby Brannen.  To develop, maintain and sharpen the ball skills necessary to be a great offensive player, skill work should be done year round.

Individual Training Sessions: $80/session

Small Group Training:

  • 1-workout: $30 
  • 4-workouts: $100 (1x/week)
  • 5-workouts: $120 (1x/week)
  • 8-workouts: $180 (2x/week)
  • 12 workouts: $240 (3x/week)

*Workouts must be completed in a month to receive the discount.*

Team Training: $150 per hour

Mom's Strength Workout
Looking to build muscle, reduce body fat and increase your metabolism.  All fitness levels welcome.  Check out Bobby Brannen's adult strength training program. 1 times/week for a month = $100; 2 times/week for a month: $200.

Session times available: 

  • Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.
  • Friday: 8:00 a.m. or 9:00 a.m.
